The Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation

Barbara Ferree began her Academy volunteer work in the development office in 1992. That same year she started sponsoring four of her sons to play in the November Chi Chi Charity Classic under the name "Ferree Family Four". Each year since, her sons have traveled from Michigan and Colorado to make the Classic outing a family tradition of support. Barb is a joyful, talent person and we miss her leadership greatly.

Think how many of them have gone on to college, who would never otherwise had the chance. It was a wonderful time of my life. The First Tee of Clearwater is very excited about its

summer programming for junior golfers. We will be

implementing the proven curriculum of The First Tee.

The curriculum will teach all of the golf skills necessarily to play the game of golf and will also teach nine Core Values: Honesty, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Respect, Courtesy, Judgment, Confidence, Responsibility and Perseverance through various golf activities.
